Active Constructive Responding

In this video Martin Seligman describes the concept of Active Constructive Responding (ACR) and its benefits to close relationships. ACR one of four ways we can respond to good news, the others are Passive Constructive Responding, Active Destructive Responding and Passive Destructive Responding. Only ACR is said to build relationships and make them stronger.
